Refund and Return Policy

This page describes the Refund and Return Policy apply to all physical items sold on the NiQo.ch website.

  1. Withdrawal and return

The buyer has a 14 day retraction period from the receipt of the products. If the package has already been received by the buyer, he must return it to NiQo Quentin, Riedgarten 1, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland. If the withdrawal is made while the package is on its way to the delivery address, the buyer must wait to receive it and can then send it back and claim a refund.

In order to obtain a refund in case of return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise, a deduction of up to 100% of the amount may be applied. The costs of the return are at the customer’s charge.
 

  1. Warranty and defective product

If the product is damaged upon receipt of the package, any claim must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the latter, to the email address contact@niqo.ch. A written dialogue will then be initiated in order to define the modalities of repair, compensation or return and refund.

  1. Responsibility and conflicts of interest

NiQo Quentin is not responsible for any indirect damage, independent of any control, during the delivery of the package (carton in bad condition, folded envelope, etc.). NiQo Quentin cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of an order in the case of a stock shortage, unavailability from a manufacturer, or physical damage to the stock, whether it is a flood, fire, or theft, as well as any strike of the postal services.
 

  1. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The products offered on NiQo.ch are subject to Swiss law. For any litigation, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
