Refund and Return Policy
This policy applies to all physical items and services (including workshops, private events, and holiday camps) sold on the NiQo.ch website.
1. Withdrawal and Return of Physical Items
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the products. If the package has already been received, the buyer must return it to:
NiQo Quentin
Riedgarten 1
8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland
If the withdrawal is made while the package is in transit, the buyer must wait to receive it before returning it and claiming a refund.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, a deduction of up to 100% of the product price may be applied. The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
2. Warranty and Defective Products
If the product is damaged upon receipt, the buyer must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery by contacting contact@niqo.ch. A written discussion will be initiated to determine the conditions for repair, compensation, or return and refund.
NiQo Quentin is not responsible for indirect damages beyond its control that occur during delivery (e.g., damaged packaging, bent envelopes, etc.).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Workshops and Events
Payment Obligation
Once a reservation is made for any workshop, private event, or holiday camp (including but not limited to Les 1001 Couleurs, birthday parties, team building sessions, private evenings, and La Fabrique de Souvenirs), the booking is binding and subject to a payment obligation under Swiss law (refer to Swiss Code of Obligations, Article 1 and following). Reservations are non-refundable.
No Cancellation for Workshops and Events
For all workshops and events, no cancellation is possible, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Exceptional Cases
In the event of force majeure (e.g., illness with a medical certificate), a compensation in the form of a credit note for a future workshop may be offered. The assessment of force majeure is at the sole discretion of NiQo Quentin.
For holiday workshops with progressive pricing based on the number of days attended or for workshops offering discounts based on the number of participants, any credit compensation will be calculated based on the actual number of days attended or the number of participants effectively present during the session.
4. Responsibility and Force Majeure
NiQo Quentin cannot be held liable for the non-execution of an order due to:
- Stock shortages or manufacturer unavailability
- Physical damage to stock (e.g., flood, fire, theft)
- Strikes of postal services or other unforeseeable circumstances
In the case of workshops or events, NiQo Quentin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, exceptional logistical issues). In such cases, alternative dates or credits will be offered.
5. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The products and services offered on NiQo.ch are subject to Swiss law. In the event of any dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Nyon, Switzerland.
